In advance of a new vaccine introduction, over 15 countries needed to develop behavioral strategies at the same time. Our job:  equip all countries with the skills to design effective, locally appropriate strategies. Virtually. Together with our partners at Matter Group, we built this platform to establish a community of practice. We designed tools and processes that helped them build their strategy, step by step.
