Doris Lam

Doris makes things happen. A skilled project manager, communicator and researcher, Doris sits comfortably at the intersection of HCD, SBC and Behavioural Science, and effortlessly holds the many threads of complex projects together. In her work with the Private Sector Humanitarian Alliance and Magenta Consulting, Doris has managed work for large international organizations, UN agencies, and governments in conflict and fragile settings. Her 6+ years of experience have seen her work across South, Southeast and Central Asia, and Africa.

She holds a BA in Cognitive Sciences of Language from McMaster University and a Post Graduate Certificate in International Development from Centennial College.

Doris is currently based in Amman, Jordan, where you’ll find her at the pole studio, getting lost on a hiking trail, or experimenting with new recipes (often less successfully than she’d like). She speaks English and Cantonese, and is slowly building toward life as a polyglot.
