Great work, in good company

This holiday season, we asked different members of our team to build a snowman:

A tower of blue and purple sticky notes with holiday themed messages like "festive," "decorative," and "nostalgic."

human-centred designer made a snowman out of insights from user interviews.

Two branches, a carrot, two black buttons, and a glass of water. A hand coming from the left side is picking up one of the branches.

behavioural scientist made a snowman using evidence gathered from last winter.

A digital illustration of a snowman with purple eyes looking down.

And well, we’re still not quite sure what the graphic designer did here.

But when we asked them to work together…

Three people working together to build a snowman. A man in the middle is assembling two snowballs, one on top of the other. A girl comes in from the left carrying a third snowball to place at the top. Another girl coming in from the right is carrying two branches and is holding a bucket under her arm.

Something magical happened.

The three people dance and celebrate with the snowman they've just built. One girl kicks snow in the air. There are glowing yellow sparkles shining around them.

To many more magical moments, together.

Wishing you a year filled with understanding, compassion and joyous collaboration.

The three people and the snowman walk away. The man says to the snowman "we could use a perspective like yours on our team!" One of the women asks the snowman "do you know anything about the cold chain management?" The second woman asks the snowman "how familiar are you with John Snow's work?" The snowman responds to all of them, "sorry folks, I don't think I'll be around for very long..."
